How does TruDiagnostic work?
TruDiagnostic provide you with an at home test kit which you use to provide a blood sample, on a spot card.
Your sample is then shipped to their state of the art laboratory in Lexington, Kentucky where it is processed and made ready for epigenetic analysis.
They use DNA sequencing machines built by Illumina to extract and analyse information from your epigenome, and then use biological age algorithms to analyze that data and deliver your results.

What is Pace of Aging TruDiagnostic?
The Pace of Aging result from TruDiagnostic is an estimate of how quickly you are aging. It is provided to you as a numerical value, where less than 1 means you are aging slower on a biological level than you are in calendar years.

TruDiagnostic is located in Lexington, Kentucky. We are sure of this because our Founder Nick visited them in July 2024 and we have the footage to prove it!

All of your data is held privately with no third party testing or data sharing, with the exception of contributing your anonymised data to research with world-class collaborator like Harvard or Yale (and you can opt out of participating).
