The Longevity Mindset

In order to successfully navigate both the incredible promise and increasing complexity of the
longevity future,
you need to adopt and foster a
longevity mindset.

This is foundational to all the other elements of creating a longer life.

What is a longevity mindset?

You need to arrive at two key realizations

To facilitate
the first realization,
we must look inward, into all of the influences in our life that have told us what "aging" looks like. Into what it means to be “old”, what
beliefs
we hold about what that word means to us. We must analyze how these beliefs impact our own view of aging, and what we have come to consciously and subconsciously believe about our health future.

Disease is not destiny

Drawing out these beliefs, we then are able to contrast them with the abundances of examples available to us of “old” people who are defying these stereotypes. Those who are staring “aging” in the face and saying “not me, not yet!” with admirable defiance. To see them as not only exceptional, but the vanguard of what is becoming possible for you, for all of us. Disease is not your destiny any longer!

Building upon the first realization,
the second realization
of the longevity mindset emerges as our eyes are opened to the incredible promise of
longevity technologies.
Such technologies are already extending both healthspan and lifespan, with increasing rapidity of advancement.

Live longer, more tech

First came germ theory, sanitation, antibiotics, pasteurization, vaccination and other basic advancements. Then came technologies to save lives in emergencies, the ability to cure or halt diseases such as cancer, metabolic disease, cardiovascular disease.  And with rapid advances in the scientific understanding of aging over the last decade, which are only accelerating, we are now intervening in the aging process itself - which in itself is the nominal cause of all of the diseases of aging.

Explore the data with us and we are confident you’ll agree - the longer you stay alive, the more technology there is to keep you that way.
